You will support clients as their first point of contact, handling IT-related issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Main responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients, providing Level 1 IT support.
- Handle requests via email, phone, and ticketing system.
- Take ownership of cases until resolution and ensure client satisfaction.
Required skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken German, and at least upper-intermediate English.
- Previous experience in a IT support role is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts.
