Main responsibilities:

  • Support actuarial advisory and audit assignments
  • Assist with Solvency II compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Perform actuarial modelling and employee benefit valuations
  • Contribute to M&A projects and technical valuations
  • Mentor junior colleagues and manage small project teams
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and client communications

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in actuarial calculations, financial reporting, or risk consulting
  • Familiarity with IFRS / local GAAP and valuation methodologies
  • Exposure to Excel, VBA, or actuarial modelling tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and across departments
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in a changing environment
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
