Main responsibilities:
- Support actuarial advisory and audit assignments
- Assist with Solvency II compliance and regulatory reporting
- Perform actuarial modelling and employee benefit valuations
- Contribute to M&A projects and technical valuations
- Mentor junior colleagues and manage small project teams
- Prepare documentation, reports, and client communications
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in actuarial calculations, financial reporting, or risk consulting
- Familiarity with IFRS / local GAAP and valuation methodologies
- Exposure to Excel, VBA, or actuarial modelling tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and across departments
- Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in a changing environment
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
