Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the local HR team in daily operations
- Participating in HR projects, including performance management, talent development, compensation, and training
- Assisting with regular and ad hoc HR and payroll tasks
- Overseeing employee benefits, incentive programs, and other workplace initiatives
- Handling the hiring process, from contract preparation to onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining employee records and labour documentation
- Supporting the organisation’s training programs, including language and technical courses
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the HR intern
Required skills:
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Bringing 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the field of HR
- Demonstrating a proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently
- Paying strong attention to detail and effectively prioritising tasks
- Applying solid knowledge of Hungarian labour law and payroll regulations
- Advanced computer skills, confident user level in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working proficiency in English and Hungarian
