Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the local HR team in daily operations 
  • Participating in HR projects, including performance management, talent development, compensation, and training
  • Assisting with regular and ad hoc HR and payroll tasks
  • Overseeing employee benefits, incentive programs, and other workplace initiatives
  • Handling the hiring process, from contract preparation to onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintaining employee records and labour documentation
  • Supporting the organisation’s training programs, including language and technical courses
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of  the HR intern

Required skills:

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Bringing 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the field of HR
  • Demonstrating a proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Paying strong attention to detail and effectively prioritising tasks
  • Applying solid knowledge of Hungarian labour law and payroll regulations
  • Advanced computer skills, confident user level in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working proficiency in English and Hungarian
