As Director Order-to-Cash, you will lead the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash service delivery within the organization. As the Global Business Process Owner, you will drive value creation, process excellence, and digital transformation across all delivery centers, integrating OTC activities across commercial, supply, and finance functions into a streamlined, customer-centric, and compliant global process.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) service delivery
- Own global OTC process design, standards, documentation, and governance
- Ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely OTC operations worldwide
- Drive value creation through automation, digitization, and data-driven insights
- Manage service performance across KPIs, SLAs, and delivery centers
- Act as the senior escalation point for OTC service delivery issues
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Transformation teams
- Drive OTC systems enablement, data integrity, and the digital roadmap
- Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Ensure alignment with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements
- Lead, develop, and scale a global OTC organization and talent pipeline
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in finance operations or shared services with strong OTC focus
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including order management, fulfillment, logistics, and customer delivery
- Proven experience operating in global, matrixed environments
- Deep OTC expertise (billing, credit, collections, cash application) supported by supply integration
- Demonstrated success in transformation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong business acumen with a macro-level perspective on value creation
- ERP experience and strong digital mindset
- Fluent English knowledge
