Our partner, a prestigious global organisation in the humanitarian sector, is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive transparency and optimisation across the full digital product portfolio - from financial and performance analysis to vendor and contract coordination. In this role, you will work closely with finance, procurement, and technology teams to manage procure-to-pay processes, support supplier performance and contract renewals, and turn complex cost, KPI, and service data into clear, actionable insights.

Main responsibilities:
- Gather, structure, and analyse financial, vendor, and contract-related data
- Support vendor and contract management activities, including coordination, renewals, and compliance checks
- Perform invoice reconciliation and support accurate monitoring of technology-related costs
- Apply an internal-auditor mindset to ensure data quality, transparency, and process adherence
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Collaborate proactively and deliver results through a strong analytical and solution-oriented approach
Required skills:
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in financial planning, monitoring and analysis
- Business-related higher education (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong understanding of terms and processes in the field of finance and procurement
- Familiar with using ERP systems and confident Excel skills
- Strong analytical and project coordination skills
- Working fluency in English
