Main responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for clients, providing Level 1 IT support.
  • Handle requests via email, phone, and ticketing system.
  • Take ownership of cases until resolution and ensure client satisfaction.

Required skills:

  • Fluent in written and spoken German, and at least upper-intermediate English.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Willing to learn; full training provided (no prior IT experience needed).
  • Flexible to work different shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
