Do you love transforming data into strategic insights that drive business success? We’re seeking a proactive Demand Planner to join our multinational partner’s team and make a real impact by aligning supply and demand across their organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of demand forecasts and transform data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Lead local demand planning discussions in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and senior management.
- Balance supply and demand while supporting new product launches and phase-outs in line with business strategy.
- Analyze market trends, promotions, and historical sales data to improve forecast quality and business performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance forecast accuracy and proactively manage demand risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using advanced planning tools such as RapidResponse, SAP, and Excel.
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar supply chain role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into business-ready insights.
- Confident, persuasive communicator who can influence stakeholders up to senior management level.
- Professional English proficiency and hands-on experience with planning tools (RapidResponse, SAP, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
