
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client’s management team and help streamline their daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide full support for the manager’s daily activities, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management
- Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, contracts, proposals, and company documents with high attention to detail
- Bilingual Communication: Maintain communication with clients, partners, and internal teams in both Hungarian and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism
- Contract & Invoice Management: Draft, maintain, and organize contracts, invoices, and meeting notes
- Operational Support: Assist with procurement processes, office equipment management, and organizing company events and meetings
- Travel Arrangements: Manage all aspects of travel planning, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
Required skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability in dynamic situations
