Main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain programs and projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategy
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and governance based on current-state analysis
- Build business cases, including financial and operational impact, cost–benefit analysis, and risk assessment
- Select and apply the most suitable project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
- Manage cross-functional and international project teams in a matrix environment to deliver results on time and within budget
- Drive change management initiatives while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Track, measure, and communicate project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Required skills:
- Strong background in supply chain management and large-scale transformation programs
- Proven experience in international, cross-functional project leadership
- Hands-on expertise in supply chain best practices, process improvement, and change management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Fluent English with advanced professional proficiency
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
