Main responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain programs and projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategy
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and governance based on current-state analysis
  • Build business cases, including financial and operational impact, cost–benefit analysis, and risk assessment
  • Select and apply the most suitable project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
  • Manage cross-functional and international project teams in a matrix environment to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Drive change management initiatives while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Track, measure, and communicate project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and reporting frameworks

Required skills:

  • Strong background in supply chain management and large-scale transformation programs
  • Proven experience in international, cross-functional project leadership
  • Hands-on expertise in supply chain best practices, process improvement, and change management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Fluent English with advanced professional proficiency
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
