We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Controller to join a fast-growing international finance team. In this high-visibility role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape key finance processes from the ground up, implement your ideas quickly, and directly influence how the business makes decisions globally.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reporting (variance analysis, P&L commentary)
- Monitor OPEX and CAPEX performance
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistency across regions
- Support FP&A in budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Maintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and reporting standards
- Standardize reporting templates and definitions across NAM, APAC, and EMEA
- Prepare schedules and respond to audit requests for statutory and group audits
- Identify and deliver reporting and close-process improvements
- Support cashflow forecasting and provide insights into working capital
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and support remediation initiatives
- Drive process standardization across close and reporting processes
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred
- 5–7 years of controlling or finance experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical, ERP/BI (Power BI, Tableau), and Excel skills
- Commercial acumen, structured and process-oriented, with cross-cultural communication skills
