We are looking for an IT Audit Manager to support global IT audit activities within a rapidly expanding, innovation-focused organisation. In this role, you will help ensure consistent audit quality across regions and time zones, working closely with colleagues worldwide. Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate IT audit engagements, covering systems, processes, applications, and technology controls across all sites
  • Deliver clear, actionable audit reports and present findings to senior stakeholders within IT and the wider business.
  • Partner closely with regional audit teams, external auditors, and co-sourcing partners to ensure a unified global audit approac
  • Identify control gaps, process improvement opportunities, and potential risks; support management in designing effective remediation actions
  • Contribute to the annual audit planning cycle with insights on emerging risks, technology changes, and business growth
  • Ensure audit documentation adheres to professional standards and internal quality expectations

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT audit, ideally gained in a Big Four environment or a large multinational company
  • Strong SAP auditing knowledge and solid understanding of SOX frameworks are essential
  • Practical experience with IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Certifications such as CISA are an advantage
