
We are looking for an IT Audit Manager to support global IT audit activities within a rapidly expanding, innovation-focused organisation. In this role, you will help ensure consistent audit quality across regions and time zones, working closely with colleagues worldwide. Main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate IT audit engagements, covering systems, processes, applications, and technology controls across all sites
- Deliver clear, actionable audit reports and present findings to senior stakeholders within IT and the wider business.
- Partner closely with regional audit teams, external auditors, and co-sourcing partners to ensure a unified global audit approac
- Identify control gaps, process improvement opportunities, and potential risks; support management in designing effective remediation actions
- Contribute to the annual audit planning cycle with insights on emerging risks, technology changes, and business growth
- Ensure audit documentation adheres to professional standards and internal quality expectations
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT audit, ideally gained in a Big Four environment or a large multinational company
- Strong SAP auditing knowledge and solid understanding of SOX frameworks are essential
- Practical experience with IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL)
- Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Certifications such as CISA are an advantage
