As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll coordinate orders end-to-end, build strong relationships, and help deliver a seamless service experience.

Main responsibilities:
- Accurately manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Act as the main contact for daily order management, reports, complaints, returns, and general inquiries
- Track order progress and coordinate with production, logistics, and planning to solve delivery or product issues
- Support the onboarding process of new clients
- Create and analyze reports (order status, KPIs, stock levels)
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Required skills:
- University degree or equivalent work experience connected to order management / supply chain / logistics / customer service with great complexity and responsibility
- Fluency in English and a higher advanced level of French (both written and spoken)
- Confidence in using ERP systems and Excel - good analytical skills
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and structured approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
