Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main interface for dedicated countries, providing local-language support.
  • Manage ordering, forecasting, and inventory levels for equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Coordinate logistics activities with 3PL partners, including deliveries, returns, and installations.
  • Monitor vendor and logistics performance, track KPIs/SLAs, and lead monthly reviews.
  • Oversee cost control processes, validate vendor invoices, and support budget accuracy.
  • Handle escalations and ensure alignment with central processes and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cross-country standardization.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, or logistics.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German. 
  • Solid Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in an international environment.
