Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the main interface for dedicated countries, providing local-language support.
- Manage ordering, forecasting, and inventory levels for equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate logistics activities with 3PL partners, including deliveries, returns, and installations.
- Monitor vendor and logistics performance, track KPIs/SLAs, and lead monthly reviews.
- Oversee cost control processes, validate vendor invoices, and support budget accuracy.
- Handle escalations and ensure alignment with central processes and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cross-country standardization.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Min. 5 years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, or logistics.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Solid Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an international environment.
