On behalf of our partner, a leading company in the technology and hardware services sector, we are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Specialist to join their Budapest hub. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate operations across several European markets, solve challenges proactively, and make a real impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a cluster of European countries, supporting local teams and ensuring smooth operations
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and deliveries to ensure products, spares, and consumables are available on time
  • Collaborate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prevent and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Act as a bridge across teams and cultures, supporting communication in local languages and cross-functional collaboration

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German, Spanish/Portuguese, or Italian is a plus
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, international, and cross-functional environments
  • Able to take ownership, drive results, and collaborate across multiple countries
