You’ll be the first line of support for users - diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues to keep systems and people running smoothly. Main responsibilities:
- Resolve IT issues and log incidents.
- Coordinate with resolver groups and escalate unresolved issues.
- Provide timely updates and maintain high customer service standards.
- Handle multiple tasks independently and work collaboratively.
- Follow all company procedures, KPIs, and guidelines.
Required skills:
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, logical analysis, and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
