Main responsibilities:
As an O2C (Order to Cash) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio and supporting both clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end process from order entry to cash collection.
Your key tasks will include:
- Managing customer accounts in line with company policies and procedures
- Entering and monitoring customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of customer master data
- Maintaining daily communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding orders, deliveries, and export documentation
- Preparing regular reports and analyses using SAP, Power BI, or Business Objects
- Managing accounts receivable, following up on payments, and optimizing cash flow
- Investigating and resolving issues through root cause analysis, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient operations and timely issue resolution
- Participating in process improvement projects, system developments, and audit activities
Required skills:
- Hands-on work experience connected to at least one of the mentioned fields: order management / AR / AP / cash collection / cash application
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- End-to-end responsibility with a strong systems thinking mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office
Advantages:
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Business Objects is beneficial, but not a must
- Background in project management is advantageous
