Take the next step in your career and join their EMEA Payroll Team as a Junior Payroll Operations Analyst, applying analytics, systems thinking, and collaboration to ensure smooth, compliant payroll operations for a diverse, international workforce. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze payroll reports for audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Track and report on key payroll KPIs to drive efficiency
  • Manage vendor invoices and support timely payment processing
  • Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize and integrate payroll systems
  • Identify trends and support continuous improvement in payroll processes
  • Assist with system access management, documentation, and audits
  • Contribute to standardization and harmonization of payroll practices across countries
  • Support ongoing projects — and if you bring project management experience, that’s a big plus!

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Time&Attendance or systems support, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills — confident in presenting complex information clearly
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
