Main responsibilities:
- Analyze payroll reports for audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track and report on key payroll KPIs to drive efficiency
- Manage vendor invoices and support timely payment processing
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize and integrate payroll systems
- Identify trends and support continuous improvement in payroll processes
- Assist with system access management, documentation, and audits
- Contribute to standardization and harmonization of payroll practices across countries
- Support ongoing projects — and if you bring project management experience, that’s a big plus!
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in Time&Attendance or systems support, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment
- Familiarity with systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills — confident in presenting complex information clearly
- Fluent English (oral and written)
