Our partner's service center was established in 2019 to support operations across the Central European region. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team, providing assistance to customers and colleagues across Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. You’ll be the first point of contact—by phone or email—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. Your contribution helps keep their services running efficiently and supports both colleagues and customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide customer and colleague support related to loyalty programs, online services, and general inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver an excellent service experience
  • Take ownership of customer requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately and efficiently

Required skills:

  • Graduate or high school education
  • Native or advanced Hungarian
  • Advanced Slovak or Czech
  • Intermediate English
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
