Main responsibilities:

  • Support the transition of accounting processes
  • Manage day-to-day AP operations: invoice verification, processing, payments, reclaims, corrections, and period-end closing
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in AP processing, resolving issues promptly
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide excellent supplier service
  • Maintain and update SOPs, process manuals, and work instructions
  • Coach and onboard junior team members; support cross-functional collaboration

Required skills:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3–4+ years in accounting, primarily AP, ideally in a Shared Service Center
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes and SAP FI or other ERP systems
  • Fluent in English and French; Hungarian is a plus
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong customer orientation
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a new SSC setup
