
Our partner, a leading European pet food company dedicated to providing high-quality nutrition for pets in over 35 countries, is currently looking to strengthen their order management team with a seasoned Dutch-speaking colleague.
Main responsibilities:
- Accurately manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, planning, production) to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely updates
- Support onboarding of new customers, including data setup and EDI connections
- Create and analyze customer reports (order status, KPIs, stock levels)
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Document all customer interactions to ensure process continuity
Required skills:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 3+ years of experience in order management
- Confident in using ERP systems and Excel
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and structured approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
