Our partner, a leading European pet food company dedicated to providing high-quality nutrition for pets in over 35 countries, is currently looking to strengthen their order management team with a seasoned Dutch-speaking colleague. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, planning, production) to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely updates
  • Support onboarding of new customers, including data setup and EDI connections
  • Create and analyze customer reports (order status, KPIs, stock levels)
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
  • Document all customer interactions to ensure process continuity

Required skills:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • 3+ years of experience in order management 
  • Confident in using ERP systems and Excel
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and structured approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
