
Are you ready to take a leading role in shaping procurement strategy across Europe? We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to head up our partner's regional procurement team and drive real business impact. This is a high-visibility role and part of the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the key connection between procurement and business leaders across the region.
- Anticipate supply market trends and translate them into clear actions for production and planning.
- Lead supplier negotiations and oversee significant procurement activity, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, 3rd party manufacturing, and finished goods.
- Unlock value by driving smarter sourcing, stronger supplier performance, and new opportunities.
- Build and inspire a high-performing procurement team, providing vision, mentoring, and direction.
Required skills:
- 15+ years of procurement and supply chain experience, ideally in oil, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Proven direct sourcing expertise and hands-on experience with 3rd party manufacturing and finished goods.
- Strong background in category management, contracting, and negotiations.
- Ability to deliver results in a global, matrix-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English and a passion for leading people and driving change.
