
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Leader to guide a small team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role focuses on supporting clients, coordinating processes across departments, and driving improvements in service delivery. Main responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Service representatives.
- Ensure seamless order handling and issue resolution from request to delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Cooperate with internal teams (sales, logistics, quality, operations) to ensure efficient workflows.
- Prepare and monitor reports on performance, contracts, stock, and customer activity.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement practical solutions.
- Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and support strategic initiatives.
Required skills:
- Previous experience in leading a customer-focused team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English and fluent German or Dutch.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
