We are looking for an RTR Team Leader to join our client’s team, where you will oversee end-to-end finance processes, manage the General Ledger, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic multinational environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end closings, general ledger analysis, and reconciliations
  • Manage a team of 5
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and management reports
  • Support financial consolidation and analysis
  • Manage and develop the finance team, including workload planning and performance reviews
  • Drive process improvements, policies, and training
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Support transition of European accounting processes to the Budapest Shared Service Centre

Required skills:

  • University degree, preferably in Accounting or Business
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting (GL) experience
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end General Ledger processes according to International Standards
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience with process automation
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Continuous improvement and quality mindset
  • Ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
