
We are looking for an RTR Team Leader to join our client’s team, where you will oversee end-to-end finance processes, manage the General Ledger, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic multinational environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead month-end closings, general ledger analysis, and reconciliations
- Manage a team of 5
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and management reports
- Support financial consolidation and analysis
- Manage and develop the finance team, including workload planning and performance reviews
- Drive process improvements, policies, and training
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support transition of European accounting processes to the Budapest Shared Service Centre
Required skills:
- University degree, preferably in Accounting or Business
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting (GL) experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end General Ledger processes according to International Standards
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Experience with process automation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Continuous improvement and quality mindset
- Ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
