Main responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for mobile and POS terminal solutions.
- Enhance user experience while simplifying integrations with third-party systems.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and subject matter experts to shape scalable, reliable products.
- Act as Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment, driving backlog prioritisation and delivery.
- Ensure transparent stakeholder management, keeping business and technical teams aligned.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to ensure adoption and operational excellence.
Required skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Product Management for mobile and POS terminal applications.
- Strong technical background with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing software + hardware product combinations (e.g. PAX terminal with pre-installed apps).
- Solid knowledge of terminal management systems.
- Agile mindset with Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English is a must.
