Main responsibilities:
- Be the trusted point of contact for clients in your region, resolving inquiries and managing orders with precision.
- Take ownership of orders across multiple platforms ( EDI, Esker, online portals).
- Play an active role in refining processes, sharing fresh ideas, and elevating the customer journey.
Required skills:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
