Our partner is the world’s leading multinational company in the engineering industry that works not only for their professional success but also for the achievement of a more sustainable future. We are looking for an experienced HR leader to join a dynamic European Solution Center. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead HR service delivery for the German region, ensuring a consistent and progressive employee experience.
  • Act as a sparring partner to local HR communities, implementing and improving HR processes and policies.
  • Drive HR projects and contribute to the development of HR structures and processes.
  • Support the harmonization of international HR Shared Services standards and practices.
  • Ensure cost-efficient set-up and performance of Recruiting, People & Employment, and HR Administration services.
  • Monitor performance indicators and oversee budget management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse HR team, fostering growth and development.

Required skills:

  • Degree in business administration or HR management.
  • 7+ years of HR Shared Services leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse international teams and manage budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
