In this key role, you will take ownership of collection activities within your portfolio, ensuring that trade debtor balances are efficiently managed and fully aligned with the company’s credit management standards. Supported by a dedicated team and working in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, you will play a vital role in driving performance and achieving ambitious annual targets.
Main responsibilities:
- Allocation of incoming payments, including Direct Debit allocation
- Monitoring of open and overdue items
- Support preparation of documents and adjustments for the monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Dealing with returned funds, deductions and other differences
- Preparation of ERP reports
- Monitoring/verifying modified master data
- Preparation of other credit control reports as required
- Coordinating the Credit Control analyst team
- Leading other Credit Control Analysts on daily operations acting as the first point of contact
- Supporting the Line Manager in projects, systems implementations, strategic topics, and any ad hoc activities needed
Required skills:
- Fluency in English and Polish languages (C1 level is required for both languages)
- At least 2 years of experience in credit control or cash collection
- College Degree in Economics
- Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
- Able to produce consistently high-quality information within tight deadlines
