Join and make your impact as a Senior Accountant at our agricultural partner company, who plays a key role in developing sustainable solutions. In this role, you will bring your expertise in accounting to manage expenses and revenues related to warranty, extended warranty, goodwill, and retrofit programs, while ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Main responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for managing expenses and revenues revenues in warranty, extended warranty, goodwill, and retrofit programs
- Preparation of all bookings for the month-end closing in SAP
- Allocation to provisions for invoiced units and new retrofit programs
- Intercompany settlements between regional entities (Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific)
- Reclassification of period expenses against provisions, work order billing, and cost center clearing
- Updating provision schedules and reconciling final accounts
- Supporting quarterly reporting and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Acting as primary contact for auditors
Required skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Solid knowledge of SAP (especially SAP CO module and SAP BI)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Personal strengths: team player, self-motivated, independent working style, analytical mindset, attention to detail, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
