We are looking for a System Analyst/Technical Business Analyst, who will take part in international ERP implementation projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our customized D365 Finance & Operations system, including its features and configuration settings, through a mix of structured training and independent learning
  • Prepare well-organized and detailed functional specifications to support development and solution implementation
  • Collaborate on the creation and deployment of bespoke solutions that align with client requirements and adhere to compliance standards on local, international, and corporate levels
  • Deliver high-quality functional and technical support, including identifying, analyzing, replicating, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams—such as product management, support, and on-site consultants—to capture customer needs and stay aligned with market trends
  • Translate business and functional requirements into actionable tasks for development and QA teams
  • Partner with developers to ensure that technical outputs meet business expectations and strategic goals
  • Lead client interactions when necessary, including presenting solutions, hosting meetings, and guiding product demonstrations
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions internally and develop clear, user-focused training documentation
  • Guide and support junior colleagues, helping them grow in their roles and strengthen their skills within the team

Required skills:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management or related area
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • User knowledge of SQL
  • Independent preparation and execution of Soap and REST API integration tests within SoapUI tool
  • Experience in requirement gathering analysis and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design
  • Ability to map integration pattern to functional usage experience in MSFT Dynamics
  • Experience in the field of Data migration is a great advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a global team environment and independently.
  • Striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude
  • Previous experience with MSFT Dynamics products is a huge advantage (business analyst, consultant, key user)
