Our partner is an international automotive distributor and service provider, representing a wide range of well-known car brands. They ensure smooth operations across the supply chain and deliver outstanding service to their partners and customers. To strengthen their team, we are looking for an Inventory Specialist – Automotive who will contribute to the efficient management and optimization of spare parts inventories.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and manage spare parts stock for assigned automotive brands, proposing optimization measures
- Monitor inventory-related KPIs and adjust stock composition accordingly
- Track and reduce obsolete stock through proactive measures
- Handle urgent orders and forward them to manufacturer systems
- Place and process orders in manufacturer systems, manage confirmations
- Plan stock increases for seasonal campaigns and new programs
- Manage part number changes, including transfers and rebookings
- Maintain daily communication with warehouse service providers
Required skills:
- Fresh graduate in logistics or engineering with a strong interest in the automotive industry OR 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics for automotive or agricultural machinery spare parts
- Confident English language skills
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel at a user level or higher
- Ability to prioritize and see processes end-to-end
- Dynamic, open personality with flexibility
- Strong stress tolerance, independence, and creativity
- Category B driving license (office-based role, with only occasional same-day travel required)
