Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Inventory Management: Develop and implement stocking strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Inventory Optimization: Maintain efficient stock levels while minimizing losses
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small professional team
  • Process Improvement: Streamline inventory and distribution processes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, planning, and operations departments
  • Performance Management: Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Cost Control & Compliance: Ensure cost-efficient operations and adherence to regulations

Required skills:

  • University degree in economics or chemical engineering (or related field)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the oil industry
  • Confident English language skills
  • Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership attitude
