Main responsibilities:
- Strategic Inventory Management: Develop and implement stocking strategies aligned with business objectives
- Inventory Optimization: Maintain efficient stock levels while minimizing losses
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small professional team
- Process Improvement: Streamline inventory and distribution processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, planning, and operations departments
- Performance Management: Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Cost Control & Compliance: Ensure cost-efficient operations and adherence to regulations
Required skills:
- University degree in economics or chemical engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the oil industry
- Confident English language skills
- Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and leadership attitude
