
Our partner company, a leading international provider of corporate and fund administration services, is seeking a Financial Accounting Lead to strengthen its Real Estate Department and drive excellence in financial operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality, professional output aligned with international standards
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
- Review financial statements and ensure smooth audit processes
- Prepare management reports and collaborate closely with directors
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement action plans to increase efficiency
- Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders across international offices (Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Switzerland)
- Conduct regular team reviews and stakeholder feedback sessions to identify areas for service enhancement
- Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Manage resource allocation and workflow planning to optimize team productivity
- Implement and maintain internal controls and best practices across teams
- Take full responsibility for team development: training, mentoring, motivating, and supporting career growth
Required skills:
- University degree in accounting, finance or economics
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in accounting in Big 4 or an international financial service provider is a strong advantage
- Proven experience leading a team of 3-5 people
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
- Valid work permit for Hungary
- Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
Advantages:
