Main responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of benefits specialists, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and strong team performance
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
- Develop and maintain procedures to support continuous improvement and compliance in benefits administration
- Act as the point of contact for benefits inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and internal stakeholders
- Monitor data integrity in benefits systems and work closely with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Support audits, compliance activities, and strategic reviews of benefit plans and documentation
- Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver benefit communications and support key initiatives
- Contribute to the evaluation and design of new benefit offerings aligned with employee needs and company objectives
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration or broader HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or benefit system
- Solid understanding of benefit program types and compliance considerations
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring team members is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and transforming international environment
