Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of benefits specialists, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and strong team performance
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
  • Develop and maintain procedures to support continuous improvement and compliance in benefits administration
  • Act as the point of contact for benefits inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor data integrity in benefits systems and work closely with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and strategic reviews of benefit plans and documentation
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver benefit communications and support key initiatives
  • Contribute to the evaluation and design of new benefit offerings aligned with employee needs and company objectives

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration or broader HR operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or benefit system
  • Solid understanding of benefit program types and compliance considerations
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring team members is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and transforming international environment
