Main responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion of the discount retail franchise network by acquiring new locations and managing contract renewals
- Monitor operational and financial performance of franchise stations and propose optimization measures
- Oversee end-to-end operations of franchise stations, including coordination with suppliers and maintenance partners
- Lead development and implementation of projects related to systems, assets, and filling station network improvements
- Track and analyze budget performance, support CAPEX/OPEX planning, and assist in financial modeling and reporting
- Participate in the rollout and execution of investment and divestment projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to group-level initiatives, support tenders, and provide business input to technical teams
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Economics
- At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with an independent work style
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to build strong partnerships
- Willingness to travel within Hungary (B category driving license required)
