Main responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion of the discount retail franchise network by acquiring new locations and managing contract renewals
  • Monitor operational and financial performance of franchise stations and propose optimization measures
  • Oversee end-to-end operations of franchise stations, including coordination with suppliers and maintenance partners
  • Lead development and implementation of projects related to systems, assets, and filling station network improvements
  • Track and analyze budget performance, support CAPEX/OPEX planning, and assist in financial modeling and reporting
  • Participate in the rollout and execution of investment and divestment projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to group-level initiatives, support tenders, and provide business input to technical teams

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Economics
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with an independent work style
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to build strong partnerships
  • Willingness to travel within Hungary (B category driving license required)
