Main responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the sales and account management of key Far Eastern clients in Hungary.
- Oversee a small team managing daily operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the Far Eastern business community in Hungary and the wider Central and Eastern European region.
- Develop and close new business opportunities independently, ensuring full sales cycle management from prospecting to deal closure.
- Support the performance of other European organizations by collaborating on sales activities and visiting local teams as needed.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project execution, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare offers and estimates, coordinate services, and ensure all operations meet internal compliance standards.
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Strong commercial mindset with confidence to make independent decisions
- University degree in economics, business, or a related field
- Native-level Korean and fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
