Join an American fintech company as they launch their brand-new Shared Services Centre and play a key role in shaping its future from day one. They are looking for a detail-oriented Billing and Contract Specialist - German Speaking to manage invoicing, support contract administration, and drive process improvements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices for Time & Materials and service contracts
  • Maintain accurate customer and contract data
  • Resolve escalated billing issues and support customer inquiries
  • Keep organised billing records and generate reports
  • Improve billing workflows and share financial best practices
  • Collaborate with the service and finance teams
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing updates, and profitability tracking

Required skills:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is a must
  • Prior experience in any finance-related role (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Financial Analysis)
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset
