
Join an American fintech company as they launch their brand-new Shared Services Centre and play a key role in shaping its future from day one. They are looking for a detail-oriented Billing and Contract Specialist - German Speaking to manage invoicing, support contract administration, and drive process improvements.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices for Time & Materials and service contracts
- Maintain accurate customer and contract data
- Resolve escalated billing issues and support customer inquiries
- Keep organised billing records and generate reports
- Improve billing workflows and share financial best practices
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams
- Manage contract renewals, pricing updates, and profitability tracking
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is a must
- Prior experience in any finance-related role (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Financial Analysis)
- Proficient Excel skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and service mindset
