
We are seeking talented and experienced Business Analysts to join our Partner growing Software Development teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Gaining deep understanding of the D365 F&O platforms to align solutions with business needs
- Translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team
- Creating detailed documentation for product features to ensure alignment and clarity across teams
- Collaborating with Support and Onsite Consulting teams to analyze, classify, and prioritize defects, and ensuring thorough understanding of expected system behavior
- Conducting functional testing for bug fixes and newly developed features to validate performance and accuracy
- Working closely with developers to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business expectations
- Leading client meetings and calls as needed to gather feedback, present solutions, and ensure alignment
- Delivering internal training sessions and preparing relevant documentation and training materials
Required skills:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Logistics Management or related area
- Hands-on experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
- Striving for continuous learning and development, diligent and responsible attitude
- Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions
- Demonstration of attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid experience with ERP products (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics products etc. as a key user, business analyst or consultant)
- Previous experience with a Microsoft Dynamics product is a huge advantage (e.g. as a key user, business analyst or consultant)
- Experience gained in Logistics field is an advantage
