Main responsibilities:
- Advisory services in the area of direct taxation affecting businesses, with a particular focus on sector-specific taxes in the energy industry
- Opportunity to participate in advisory projects related to state aid, including both domestic and EU regulatory frameworks
- Gain experience in the system of tax incentives available to companies
- Involvement in advisory work related to group restructurings and due diligence processes
- Participation in multidisciplinary tax advisory projects covering various tax areas
- Liaison with clients and tax authorities
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or insurance tax related processes
- Experience in direct taxation (corporate tax, local business tax) is required.
- College or university degree in law or economics
- Fluent English
