We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support the continuous development our Partner ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring our product evolves in line with client expectations and industry standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Gain deep knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, functional specifications for the development team
- Create detailed documentation for new features that align with internal processes and development standards
- Collaborate with Support and Consulting teams to investigate, categorize, and prioritize system issues and feature requests
- Test bug fixes and enhancements to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Work closely with developers to provide business context and clarify requirements during implementation
- Occasionally lead meetings or calls with clients to discuss requirements or deliverables
- Prepare and deliver internal training sessions, along with supporting documentation and materials
Required skills:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Practical experience in a similar business analyst or ERP-related role
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- A proactive, responsible mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- A results-driven approach, paired with solid analytical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and across departments
- High level of attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Solid hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics (as a key user, analyst, or consultant)
- Previous work with Microsoft Dynamics products is a significant advantage
- Background or experience in the logistics sector is considered a plus
