Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement 1–3 year brand strategies and annual marketing plans tailored to the Hungarian market
- Execute brand campaigns across TV, digital, and social media platforms in close collaboration with creative and media agencies
- Lead local communication development, including TVC production, digital, and in-store assets
- Monitor brand performance through key KPIs (volume, revenue, market share, penetration, pricing) and recommend actions based on results
- Manage new product developments and packaging adaptations, ensuring flawless execution with internal teams and external suppliers
- Work closely with sales to build strong customer engagement and define pricing strategies for retail success
- Oversee budget planning and control with the support of a marketing coordinator
Required skills:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand or trade marketing, including at least 2 years in FMCG as a Brand Manager
- A degree in economics, communication or marketing
- Fluent English
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- A strategic mindset combined with creativity, analytical skills, and commercial awareness
- The ability to lead projects independently and collaborate across teams and with external partners
