Main responsibilities:
- Deliver application support at an intermediate (L1.5) level for several business-critical systems operating in a live production environment.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, including user access provisioning, software deployments, data-related corrections.
- Engage with end users in Polish, managing incident reports, service requests, problem tickets.
Required skills:
- Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written, with upper-intermediate English skills.
- Experienced in managing and troubleshooting within Windows-based systems.
- Competent in using ticketing systems.
- ITIL processes.
