Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting users with D365-related questions, issues, and daily operations
  • Managing data integrity across accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and quotes
  • Planning and delivering training sessions and creating user documentation
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT on bug resolution
  • Driving user adoption and collecting feedback for system improvements
  • Collaborating with international teams to enhance sales and support processes

Required skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft D365), plus Excel proficiency
  • Background in Sales Support, IT, or a related business area
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
