Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as an expert for customer consumables processes and be the primary point of contact for complex operational matters.
- Ensure customer requirements for consumables are fulfilled in accordance with contractual obligations
- Handle escalations related to consumables orders and deliveries in EMEA
- Collaborate with regional operations, sales teams, fulfillment partners, and vendor management
- Provide process expertise and support to global shared service teams
- Coordinate consumables forecasting and ensure alignment with inventory and planning teams
- Track and report on KPIs related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Support the design and documentation of process improvements in alignment with global standards
- Participate in onboarding activities and internal training related to consumables workflows
- Communicate cross-functionally with teams in finance, supply chain, and service delivery
Required skills:
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or customer support or sales support, or order management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Siebel or similar), order-to-cash and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Business English
- Confident in working independently and managing cross-team collaboration
