
We are looking for a driven Senior Financial Analyst with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Apply if you have solid expertise in product costing, standard costing, or manufacturing finance. In this role, you’ll support business units, lead process improvements, and deliver insightful financial guidance.
Main responsibilities:
- Support operational controlling (sales, cost of goods, opex/capex)
- Lead monthly closings and financial reporting
- Provide variance analysis and commentary
- Track project and headcount budgets
- Monitor standard costing and manufacturing KPIs
- Drive compliance (SOX, internal controls)
- Identify risks, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Educate stakeholders on finance policies
- Contribute to finance initiatives and transformation projects
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis, with experience in product costing, standard costing, or manufacturing finance
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with IFRS, audits, and consolidation processes
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across finance and business teams
- SAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
