Main responsibilities:
- Qualify and validate sales opportunities within defined scope prior to contract generation
- Partner with sales teams to provide insight and ensure alignment with program goals
- Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new enterprise clients
- Serve as the first-line support contact for partners utilizing cloud-based services
- Monitor and manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upsell/conversion
- Track and report on specialized service offerings and ensure accurate data maintenance
- Evaluate customer enrollment requests and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Support pricing and profitability efforts by reviewing commercial proposals and documentation
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders to support business objectives
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in roles such as program management, sales support, pre-sales, or account management, complex customer service, or order management roles
- Experience with P&L or financial oversight is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- French or another European language proficiency required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a collaborative mindset
