We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our Western European trade partners. Join a fast-paced, international environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and supply chain excellence. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, planning, production) to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely updates
  • Support onboarding of new customers, including data setup and EDI connections
  • Create and analyze customer reports (order status, KPIs, stock levels)
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
  • Document all customer interactions to ensure process continuity

Required skills:

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Confident in using ERP systems and Excel
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and structured in your approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
