You’ll be part of a small, close-knit legal team where your work will truly make an impact and your voice will be heard.
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day corporate legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing and maintaining contracts, corporate documents and internal policies
- Supporting corporate governance and compliance processes
- Coordinating with internal departments on legal topics and providing practical legal advice
- Conducting legal research and preparing documentation to support decision-making
- Assisting in the development and implementation of internal procedures
Required skills:
- Law degree (Hungarian bar exam is a plus but not required)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Precision, structure and reliability in daily legal work
- Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive professional environment
