Main responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately manage orders via platforms such as EDI, online portals, and customer-specific systems
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and follow-ups from clients in the assigned region
- Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and customer experience
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Cooperate with internal departments to ensure high service levels and compliance
Required skills:
- Fluency in French and English
- At least 0,5 year of experience in customer service and/or order management
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Comfortable using MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus
- Ability to work with precision and efficiency in a corporate environment
