
Our partner, a global healthcare company, is building out its Budapest-based order management team as part of an international service hub. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, purpose-driven business and help streamline how medical products reach customers across Europe.
Main responsibilities:
- Process and validate customer orders in ERP systems
- Coordinate deliveries and follow-up on stock allocation
- Handle invoicing and documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal teams via email and ticketing tools
- Resolve issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment to ensure smooth order flow
- Support process improvements and team collaboration
Required skills:
- At least 2-4 years´s experience in Customer service, Order Management,
- Proficiency in English and and good level of French ( mainly in written form)
- Customer-oriented attitude
