
Join our partner company’s international team as an Asset Deployment Coordinator (French Clients). In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the deployment and management of printing equipment for both new and existing customers across French-speaking regions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all devices are delivered, installed, and tracked according to schedule.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of deployment projects for French-speaking clients.
- Manage service requests and resolve exceptions using Siebel or similar platforms.
- Place and monitor hardware orders to ensure timely delivery in line with project timelines.
- Coordinate returns and arrange for the pickup and environmentally responsible disposal of old devices.
- Collaborate with internal supply chain teams, transportation providers, disposal vendors, and installation partners to ensure seamless service execution—primarily in French.
- Communicate directly with customer contacts and installation partners to gather asset data, confirm deliveries, and provide support as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, returns, and installations in tracking systems (e.g., Siebel), supporting invoicing, inventory control, and daily reporting.
- Actively support internal and external stakeholders in resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate asset tracking.
- Promptly escalate issues and work cross-functionally to prevent or mitigate future challenges.
- Document meetings and provide consistent status updates to team members, clients, and management.
- Report on project KPIs such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
- Assist in onboarding and supporting new Project Managers and Coordinators.
Required skills:
Experience:
- Previous experience in hardware deployment, logistics, or order management preferred
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations
- Proven ability to manage project resources and timelines
- Experience working with French clients or project teams
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Language skills: Fluent in both Business French and English
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data reconciliation)
- Familiarity with Siebel and/or SAP is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
